Question: can you wear peep toe shoes if you live in new york and it's january?

Answer: I'm in Jersey where it's freezing and we don't see many going around at this time in peep toes.
I'm sure you can wear them, the fashion police aren't going to take your shoes away, but it's just really uncommon since most women want to keep their toes warm around here
