Sept. 12--The 6-foot-4 gringo in the oil-stained jeans stands out against the restaurant's Tuscan decor.
Greg Flewelling sits at the veined marble bar at Tapas 210 in Lantana tasting the wines that will be sold at his restaurant. He's wearing a short-sleeve sage green shirt weathered from working on his ranch. As well-heeled patrons in slinky black dresses and yachting caps move in for a drink, no one seems more comfortable than Flewelling, right down to the pitted brown cowboy boots missing only the spurs he has left in his truck.
"Everyone comes in here with their Palm Beach outfits and their Palm Beach attitudes, then here comes this big crazy-looking gringo, seating people," said his son, Warren, 24, who manages Tapas 210 and grew up around restaurants like his father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
